I got mine years ago when I first tried the KETO diet. Very, very simple to use. I’m not currently on the KETO diet, but I still use it to check my sugar now. Like I was saying, it is very simple to use, just whatever you are trying to check, blood sugar or ketones is the type of strip you have to use. Put the strip in the meter and on the other end of the strip put the blood sample. Takes only seconds for the results.
