After losing my mother to dementia and facing my own triple bypass surgery, I decided it was time to stop taking notes and start taking action. This Old Man’s Life is where I document my journey of aging gracefully, from cardiac rehab to "Level 10" intentional living. I’m a lifelong artist, a coffee lover, and a DIYer currently restoring my home.
